Picture Retakes

September 23, 2022 is picture retake day.  Students who missed the first picture day will have their picture taken for the yearbook and their activity/library card. They may also purchase a picture packet.   If there are other students who would like to have their picture retaken, they should bring back their picture packet or pay for another packet.  You can pay online at www.bellphoto.com (Code: maplegrovems22).

PEAK Award for Kendall Bosch

Kendall Bosch, Teacher, Maple Grove Middle School received a PEAK Award at the Nebo School District Board meeting last night.  She was nominated by Kate Elliott and several students including: Taylor Jackson, Adilynn Peavler, Macey Humble, Tate Norman, Daisy Mae, Brooklyn Patching, Austin Sargent.  Here are just a few comments about the amazing Mrs. Bosch

Rollercoasters and Newton's Laws of Motion

Mrs. Katie Miller's class learned about Newton's Laws of motion and particularly how the size of the coaster car (either a BB or a Marble) affected the acceleration of the car as it traveled the different turns and loops of the roller coaster!  What great scientists these students are becoming. 

Maple Grove Student Council For 2022-2023

We had amazing candidates for student council this year.  The students voted on Thursday and here are the students who will be representing Maple Grove Middle School this year!

Student Council Elections

There are many students who  are running for student council this year!  However, only 10 will be chosen so your vote matters. Seventh grade students will vote for the students who will make up the council on September 8th during their CTE class.   Winners will be announced on September 9th!  Good Luck to all the candidates!  

Safety First

Katie Miller's class learned the importance of safety. One student from each class had the opportunity to pie her in the face to prove that safety glasses really protect your eyes!
