Nebo School District held its first K-12 District Dance Festival Tuesday, April 26th at Cherry Creek Elementary in Springville. The purpose of the festival was to bring Nebo K-12 dance students and teachers together to appreciate and celebrate the growing presence of dance education in the district, and to create a stronger vertical alignment for all Nebo dance programs.  Ms. McClellan's Dance 2 class participated and had an unforgettable performance! Students at Maple Grove participated in the Great Utah ShakeOut.  More than 900,000 Utahns registered to participate in this event!  Today students learned to Drop, Cover, and Hold-On.  Students in the office took this opportunity to practice what they would do in the event of an actual Earthquake!   Take time to make a plan with your family!   The Earthquake Alliance has great information on how to create a family plan.
