Congratulations to our very own 7th Grade Language Arts teacher Alyssa Christensen!
On June 8th during Nebo District Board Meeting Ms. Christensen was recognized as a PEAK award winner. The PEAK award is an opportunity to recognize and showcase our Positive Energy and Kind employees. PEAK Awards are nominated by patrons and recognized by the Superintendent Staff and Nebo School Board of Education. The award is administered by the district Communications and Community Relations Department. Ms. Christensen was nominated by co-teacher Lily Palmer. She said the following in regards to the nomination - “Alyssa has been so easy to co-teach with. I always feel welcomed and valued in her classroom. She is easy to collaborate with and is a team-player. I have also seen her help students in and out of her classroom. She is a favorite among students and has such a positive classroom environment.”
