The PE classes had a lot of fun playing GaGa ball this week. Games were super intense and full of a lot of energy. Students also got more of a workout than they expected and would have loved to have played it for the next several weeks in a row, but the teachers have other great plans in store!

Mallory Ross' students got to go on a field trip last Friday to the BYU Paleontology Museum. The museum had lots of cool fossils, even a few that students were able to touch! Then, the students got to watch the paleontologists clean off some of the fossils that they have been working on in the lab. We are posing for the picture in front of their huge Tyrannosaurus Rex. It was so much fun!

Seventh grade students in the Juniper and Cedar pods have been working hard on various projects during Flex time. This week, students get to show off what they have been working on and what they learned about their topics. Flex has been a great opportunity for students to extend their learning by conducting research about various topics, creating playlists for their favorite books, or working on cool skills like coding!
