As you know, United Way is working hard to serve hundreds of families in our district. They are still short of the needed number of sponsors. It is not surprising that they are helping more families than ever before. Housing costs and inflation and impacting so many.
Sub for Santa is bringing Christmas to over 2,100 families in need this year. Today, we have 621 families who are not sponsored yet. Help us spread the word and fill in the gap!
You can help us before Christmas in a few ways:
We were so fortunate to have a visit from Sprinkles and Buddy the elves of Maple Grove! We love you, we love you, WE LOVE YOU! They shared a wonderful story and a dance with Miss Ross' class!

The winners in random order....

We have three amazing band directors here at Maple Grove. Mr. Hurst, Mr. Jackson and Mr. Osborn. On Wednesday, the students joined forces to play some amazing Christmas music. First the sixth grade band performed, the the 6th grade percussion class. We last heard from the 7th grade band. It was a fun and entertain musical night filled with Christmas fun and great music.
It really is beginning to sound like Christmas. Mrs. Holly Mayne's choir sounded amazing as they performed for parents on Tuesday night! These choir students have worked so hard to prepare for this concert! Thanks choir for getting us all in the holiday spirit.
There are always fun and exciting things going on in the library and December is no exception. Many students are creating magnificent structures with KEVA planks.
